B-Fit Challenge 01/29/24 - IAFF Local 739 Members participated in the B-Fit Challenge at TD Garden on January 28th 2024. The B-Fit challenge is comprised of first responders, military members, and community members to walk, run or step to benefit First Responder Charities. This is a wonderful event that our members look forward to every year.

We responded to 3087 calls including: 18 Building Fires 28 Mutual Aid Building Fires (in neighboring communities) 1894 Emergency Medical Calls 129 Motor vehicle collisions 333 Inspections/ Calls for Service Our responses have continued to soar and our job requirements have increased significantly.

2023 Homeless For The Holidays 12/15/23 - IAFF Local 2519 Mashpee Permanent Firefighters Local 2519 extends heartfelt appreciation to all contributors for the resounding success of our 10th annual Homeless for the Holidays event. We express sincere thanks to the numerous local businesses and exceptionally generous citizens whose support was vital in achieving this success.

Homeless For The Holidays 12/01/23 - IAFF Local 2519 Members of Local 2519 will be partaking in the annual "Homeless For The Holidays" fundraiser. Members will be at the Mashpee Rotary daily from 8 am to 8 pm, starting on December 6th and concluding on December 10th.

Members at 9/11 Memorial Ceremony 09/11/23 - IAFF Local 739 Members from Local 739 and Chief Sullivan attended the 9/11 Memorial Service at the State House remembering the fallen firefighters and paramedics on 9/11. Members also honored Al Ancrum's brick being added to the Fallen Fire Fighter's Memorial at the State House.

GO FUND ME TO SUPPORT RASHID SBAY (PRO AMBULLANCE) 09/11/23 - Cambridge Fire Fighters Brothers and Sisters, Rashid Sbay from Professional Ambulance is asking for our help to donate and share the link below. He is heading down to Morocco to help earthquake victims and will be working with physicians and other medical professionals to provide front line care. Donations will be used for temporary shelter, water purifiers, and cooking equipment.
