Current and retired members of PFFM Local Unions, their dependent children (as defined by IRS regulations) can apply for a PFFM Foundation Scholarship. Grandchildren are not eligible unless they are a legal dependent (as defined by IRS regulations). At least one year of continuous union membership by the applicant’s parental guardian.
